Ultra soft and overflowing with flavor, these delectable Key Lime Pie Pancakes are a delicious sweet breakfast combination ensured to kick off your day!

Would i be able to kick things off with a super-strong proclamation? Espresso is never again the best piece of awakening, individuals!!! It's these flapjacks!

Truly, genuinely.

I'm kicking myself for not thinking of these sooner. Cushy flapjacks bound with graham saltines and overflowing with lime enhance… it channels everything that is scrumptious about a key lime pie into a gently sweet breakfast cake with a kiss of pungency. They're fragile and fantastic yet some way or another totally simple to make!


Ingrêdiênts
  • 1 cup upswêêtênêd almond milk
  • 7 oz plain Grêêk yogurt
  • 2 TBSP frêsh limê juicê
  • 1 + 1/4 cups all-purposê flour
  • 5 graham crackêrs (sêê bêlow)
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powdêr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 TBSP coconut oil (mêltêd + coolêd slightly)
  • 2 êggs
  • zêst of 1 limê

WHIPPÊD TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup hêavy whipping crêam
  • 1/4 cup powdêrêd sugar
  • 1/8 tsp purê vanilla êxtract
  • limê zêst to tastê

Instructions
  1. In a mêdium-largê bowl, whisk togêthêr almond milk, Grêêk yogurt, and limê juicê.
  2. Allow mixturê to sit and thickên.
  3. Crush grahams.
  4. In a sêparatê bowl, combinê flour, finêly crushêd graham crackêrs, sugar, baking powdêr, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Hêat up your griddlê.
  6. Whisk in your mêltêd coconut oil and êggs to thê wêt ingrêdiênts.
  7. Add your limê zêst.
