Brownie Cookies

Brownie Cookies

What are brownie treats?

I tinkered with my most loved brownie formula to make a treat rendition. Also, presently I can't tell which I like better, the first bars or these chocolate brownie treats!

They're anything but difficult to make, without any preparation! No crate blend important. You just need a bunch of basic fixings. I wager you likely have them all in your pantry as of now!

This treat formula prepares up delicate and somewhat chewy around the edges, much the same as a fudge brownie. They're so ameliorating and chocolate-y. Prepare a glass of drain, and enjoy your chocolate hankering.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 10 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (1 bag)

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Place the sugar, cocoa, and melted butter in the bowl of an electric mixer, and mix on low speed until combined.
  3. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until combined (do not overmix, or the cookies may not spread properly and/or could be tough).
  5. ..........................................................
